PressHERO Series

PressHERO is installed on web offset presses for 100% inline inspection of books, magazines and newspapers. An 8K color line-scan camera system, combined with AI and GPU processing, detects print defects and recurring defects in real time with high accuracy and controlled false alarms.
Automatic job setup takes less than 20 seconds. When critical defects are detected, the system provides instant alarms and can link with inkjet marking and automatic reject systems, helping prevent batch waste and reduce manual inspection.
